IBEROSTAR APP: Please download the Iberostar App. While you won't use it to check in, as you are part of a larger group. You will find it very useful to find your way around the resort easily.

TIPPING: It is recommended to take some smaller bills for tipping of the room attendants, waitstaff, bartenders etc. While not required, it is always nice to show your appreciation to their hardworking staff.

After clearing Immigration and Customs, proceed to the arrivals and transportation area located inside of the terminal. The hallway leading ahead is dedicated to timeshare sales. The representatives in this hallway are not affiliated with our company. AVOID SOLICITATION BY WALKING DIRECTLY PAST THE TIMESHARE BOOTHS AND AGENTS. PROCEED TO THE ARRIVALS HALL WHERE THE DESTINATION EXPERTS ARE LOCATED. 2. As you enter the Arrivals/Ground Transportation area, locate the Delta Vacations monitor and check-in at Desk, staffed by our Destination Expert team members. The team will be dressed in LIGHT BLUE SHIRTS with RED and WHITE Delta Vacations name tags. They're our official Destination Expert team in Punta Cana. Upon check-in, they will escort you to your transportation vehicle. DEPARTURE INFORMATION: 1. Our Destination Expert team will provide you with your pick-up time for the transfer to the airport. 2. Please be checked-out of the hotel and be ready to depart for the airport 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. 3. Your transportation is scheduled based on flight departure times and is regulated by the airport authorities in compliance with mandated security requirements. Your transportation pick-up time for day of departure is scheduled in advance and may not be altered.
